If you need to contact a company which does not offer support in your language, it is recommended to use DeepL to translate your message. Make sure you include the original English message along with the machine-translated version.


Keep in mind that there may be a significant time zone difference between yourself and the support staff, and that they typically do not work on weekends. You may need to wait 1-2 days for a response depending on the timing of your inquiry, or more on weekends.
